Required from September 2018, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated receptionist/administrator to join our busy school reception. You would be required to work two full days and one half day per week. There is some flexibility on days. Hours to be covered are 7:45 am to 3:30pm daily. Duties will include managing telephone calls and in-person enquiries from parents, staff and visitors. In addition the successful applicant will be required to provide an administrative service as required-

The successful candidate will be employed through Temple Moor High School and work across all nine settings.

You will be required to deliver high quality school attendance support for children, families and schools across the TNLP Trust. You will also be required to work collaboratively with professionals and services to ensure that all children of compulsory school age receive appropriate support, to obtain maximum attendance at school or alternative education provision to achieve their full potential. You will be advising and supporting key staff in school regards attendance improvement and provide the cluster team with a lead for attendance. You will offer a holistic approach to children and families and have knowledge of statutory attendance guidance and legislation.
