An absolutely huge congratulations to Year 10 who yesterday completed their GCSE Food Preparation & Nutrition practical examination. They were required to cook three dishes in three hours and excelled themselves! The students produced a range of food including: fish tacos served with homemade lemon mayonnaise, fish pie produced with a fully filleted fish, a chicken burger with homemade bread and a chicken breast butchered and marinated from a whole chicken, crab and ricotta ravioli made with their own pasta dough, roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings and a range of curries served with homemade naan bread…..just to name a few!
